1. Incorporate fitness into your routine and make it a priority
Set a specific day and time to exercise. I find putting it in my diary (as I would with important meetings) helps me stick to it.
4. Do something you enjoy
Don’t like running? Don’t run. Try something different like a high intensity or strength class. Your exercise routine shouldn’t be a punishment. We make sure all our clients enjoy their training; this improves consistency and results.
5. Hire a coach that understands your lifestyle
Tired in the evening? Train in the morning. Can only fit in a 45 minute session? Okay, lets do it and take less rest. These are the sort of things you should be hearing from your coach.
