I’m so glad I discovered Joshua Paul Fitness. I’ve always struggled with enthusiasm for the gym so just over a month ago I thought I’d give Evo lift and Evo camp a go. It’s brilliant. It challenges you to your own personal fitness and pushes you to do your best. The trainers are friendly and welcoming, they always make sure you’re technique is correct before letting you pile on the weights & trust me you feel the difference the next day. Everyone at the classes are encouraging and I would say are like a mini community. If you’re thinking of doing an Evo Lift don’t think twice, come join the family!
