When this happens to you, we know everything will change forever

So many walk through our door for the first time and you can instantly tell they don’t want to be there,

we’ve spoke to them already before they joined, we know their situation.

They don’t like gyms but they have never really been truly happy with where their health and fitness and  they can’t wait any longer to do something about it.

They need to be in the gym, but they certainly don’t want to be.
Maybe its themselves that’s making sure they get there, maybe it’s a partner or family member.

No matter their reason we are glad they are with us, we know if they stick with us things will turn.

We hear things at first like ‘just tell me what to do and I’ll do it’ or ‘I hate that exercise’.

But you know what one of the best things is about being an Evo Coach?

When people that started off needing to be in the gym start wanting to be in the gym.

They show up with a smile on their face and a spring in their step,


Because they now realise that this is their time, their time to feel good, to laugh, to improve their physical and mental health, to socialise, to work towards goals and find purpose.

They don’t hate gyms, they have just been in the wrong ones.

We get it, you’ve been told and shown a different way of getting fit and healthy your whole life but it doesn’t have to be that way.

We start hearing things like ‘Can we try a little heavier, I think I have some more in me’ and ‘Looking forward to trying that exercise again next week’.
