I’m a complete beginner. Is this suitable for me?

Absolutely, our training is adapted to the individual.

What kind of training do you do?

We combine a variety of different types of training but the best way to describe it would be strength and fitness training, good health, safety and fun is the priority.

What happens after I complete the 4-week trial?

Assuming you’ve had a great experience of how EVO works, you will then have the option to join us on a Group Personal Training package.

What kind of times do you run?

You can see our full timetable here. Keeping training flexible for you is important, so you will be able to book up to 3 x Group Personal Training sessions per week from our timetable.

Do you offer Nutrition support?

Yes, EVO is your whole fitness fix, as part of your membership with us you will have access to our EVO Nutrition Online course, taught by world renowned Nutritionist Shane Nugent MSC, which will empower you to start making sustainable changes. Once a full member you will also have the option for monthly accountability check-ins with a coach.
